FAQs

  • DRG+ members will have to download the Restaurant Rewards app from the google or apple store and create an account.

    For accounts to link, DRG+ members will have to input the same personal details as on file in their DRG+ account including the same:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Date of Birth

  • It can take up to 48 hours for points to appear.  

    If you are a DRG+ member and have just downloaded the new app and signed up in the app, your existing points will appear in your app member account page but it may take 24 hours.

  • Points expire 12 months after your last visit. If you earn points in January and visit again in April, all points in your account are now valid until April the following year.  If you are nearing 12 months between visits and have points, we recommend booking in for a quick bite to eat to keep your points safe for another year.
